Club 20 will be in Montezuma County to elect a new slate of Club 20 Board of Directors for the 2020-2022 term. As part of this meeting, Club 20 staff will provide an update on our most recent activities, describe the role and responsibility of serving on the Board, and answer any questions before asking for folks to volunteer to serve. The meeting will be:

Time: 8:00 am
Date: Sept. 27, 2019
Location: City Hall, Mesa Verde Room (123 Roger Smith Ave., Cortez, CO 81321)
Cost to Attend: No cost

This meeting will last no longer than 1 hour.

Please note, guidelines for voting at the County Caucus are as follows:

  • Club 20 members who have been members for at least 90 days prior to the Caucus are entitled to vote in this process. To serve on the Board, members must have been a Club 20 member for at least six months prior to the caucus date.
  • Election to the Board of Directors will be for a 2-year term.
  • If you cannot attend, then you may designate another member to vote your proxy. (They must carry your written proxy instructions with them. No member may carry more than TWO proxy votes.)
