TR-00-2-International Air Service Market Expansion in Colorado

WHEREAS it is important to Western Colorado’s economy to expand access to world markets and such opportunities could be provided by enhancing international air service at Denver International Airport (DEN) and other Colorado Commercial airport;

WHEREAS DEN, and other Colorado Commercial airports,  have established themselves as a world leader in facilitating air transportation for business, leisure, and air agro client, and

WHEREAS DEN, and other Colorado Commercial airports, are essential to relieving commercial airline congestion on both the east and west coasts; and

WHEREAS Colorado is now a global hub for the aerospace, cyberspace security, and advanced manufacturing, requiring interconnectivity with national connections in order to help sustain the United States as a leader in these and many other industries.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that CLUB 20 fully supports efforts to secure, maintain, and expand international air service to DEN, and other Colorado Commercial airports.
